If you need immediate help

THERA-GO does not monitor conversations for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or go to an emergency department.

In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. In Canada, call or text 988 for suicide crisis support. Outside these countries, find a local service through Find A Helpline.

A concerning response

Use the flag beside a response to save a report. Reports are not an emergency channel, and no response-time promise is made.

Account and billing

Download your data, delete conversations, manage subscriptions, or delete your account in Settings. For Apple subscription issues, use Apple’s purchase support.
