What THERA-GO provides

THERA-GO provides AI-generated support for everyday reflection. Replies and voices are generated rather than sent by a human therapist. The current profiles are illustrative. No therapist–patient relationship is established. The service is not licensed therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

Eligibility and use

You must be at least 18 and agree to the Privacy Policy and the processing described before conversations start. Keep your account secure. Share only content you have permission to share. Do not upload illegal content or use the service to harass, exploit, or harm another person.

Subscriptions

The free plan includes 20 messages per calendar month. Plus is proposed at US $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year, with 1,000 messages, 50 image uploads, and 60 voice minutes per month. Voice is proposed at $24.99 per month or $199.99 per year, with 2,000 messages, 150 images, and 240 voice minutes per month. Final localized prices are shown by your payment provider before purchase. No purchase is available until billing is connected.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans charge the full yearly amount upfront. Allowances reset on the first day of each month in UTC and do not roll over. Incoming voice notes and generated spoken replies share the voice allowance. Human therapy appointments are not included. Failed reply generation restores the reserved allowance.

Canceling and refunds

Manage a website subscription through Settings → Manage subscription. Manage an Apple subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled through the relevant payment provider, subject to applicable law and provider terms.

Limitations and support

AI can misunderstand messages and images or generate incorrect responses. Do not rely on it as your sole source of advice for health, safety, legal, or financial decisions. No one monitors chats for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Changes and contact

Material changes to processing or paid features should be communicated before they take effect. The operator’s support contact and jurisdiction-specific terms are pending for release.
